    This chain has consistently and freakishly good service. The entirety of my MBA can't quite grasp how this business model is so effective in the fast food world. The employees are nice... Actually seemingly genuinely nice, and I mean ALL of them. I've been to plenty of sit-down restaurants at relatively high price points that can't begin to replicate the consistency of this chain's service.
