  Great food, great service, great atmosphere! This location in particular has some of the best carry out service in the city. Love everything here! Healthy entree and side options or indulge in big satisfying burgers.

  I had been to a different M & A on Thursday and it was great. So when we were all looking for a place to go on Saturday evening I highly recommended going to another one. Ugh! What a disappointment. The service was horrible. First they seated us at a high table and we had a 3 and 5 year old with us. We asked about the lower table but were told there were none. There were 2 lower tables right next to us that were never seated the whole time we were there. Then when ordering it took our food 47 minutes to come and at this time they were not busy. A side salad was ordered but when our dinner was brought to the table still no salad. When we asked for the salad the waitres said oh ya, do you want me to just being you a to go box for it because I'm sure you don't want it now.?.?. Or glasses were never filled until we would ask. The service was horrible. The food was very good but the service was horrible. I will not go back to this Max & Erma's ever.
